Obituary of Charmaine Grace Adams

It is with an appreciation for a life well lived that the family of Charmaine Grace Adams announces her passing which occurred on October 11, 2021, in peaceful surroundings. Charmaine was born on February 27, 1932, in Langenburg, Saskatchewan. She was the daughter of the late Ernest and Wanda (Scholz) Severin.

During her life Charmaine had a natural ear for music and studied at the Mount Royal College  Conservatory in Calgary and later taught piano lessons to many youths. In 1951 Charmaine married Earl and they started a family in Winnipeg. She was involved in the lives of their children, including managing their various activities. Together with her husband Earl they shared many hobbies and in retirement traveled extensively. Moving from Alberta to New Brunswick with her daughter Diane allowed her to be closer to the families of her sister, Karen and son, David and enjoy the Maritime experience. She was also a member of the Union Club where she met many friends for lunch. When she was not playing music Charmaine would often be found out treasure hunting or painting her beloved landscapes.
