Obituary of Angela Wilband

It is with great sadness that the family of Angela Wilband of Quispamsis, beloved wife of Gary Wilband, announce her passing on Tuesday, April 24th, 2012, which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Grand Falls, NB on February 10th, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Florence (Hanson) Page. Prior to her retirement, Angela was employed at Pettingill Dental as an administrative assistant. She was a very social person who always enjoyed a good chat with friends. Together, Angela and Gary shared many adventures traveling to the warm locations that they loved so much. Most of all, Angela treasured time spent with her family, especially the moments with her grandsons who were her world. She will always be remembered as a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Besides her loving husband, Gary, Angela is also survived by her two precious sons, Colin (Jacinda) of Belleisle and Greg (Amber) of Quispamsis; four beautiful grandchildren, Brody, Linkin, Emery and the newest addition, baby boy Wilband; as well as many special friends. Arrangements are entrusted to Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis, (506) 849-2119, with visitation on Thursday, April 26th, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM and the following day Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Vigil Prayers will be held Friday at 8:00 PM, at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mark’s Catholic Church, 171 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis, on Saturday, April 28th, 2012, at 10:00 AM.
