Obituary of William David McCaffrey

The death of William David McCaffrey of Rothesay, NB occurred on Friday, February 28, 2014 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Montreal, QC, on December 30, 1987, he was the son of David and Rosemary (Quinlan) McCaffrey. William was a student at UNBSJ - Saint John Campus, enrolled in the Nursing Program. He enjoyed video games and movies. Besides his parents, he is survived by his sister Laura McCaffrey of Montreal, grandmother Anna (Abrams) McCaffrey, aunts and uncles; Craig McCaffrey and Linda Irving, Michael McCaffrey and Leanna Matacheskie McCaffrey, Neil and Sharron Quinlan, Patrick and Pauline Quinlan, Maureen and John Finlayson, Marion Ody, Ed and Susanna Quinlan,and Ron Quinlan, as well as several cousins. Special thanks to Julie McRae and Dr. Ginette Griffin for their care and support. Resting at Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis (849-2119) with visiting on Tuesday and Wednesday from 6-8 PM. A Memorial Service will be held in Ottawa, ON, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, it would be appreciated that remembrances could be made to Ridgewood Addiction Services.
